After the theory side of each week, we get you up and exercising to a tailored exercise program designed to help increase your heart health!
At Mind and Motion Exercise Physiology, we believe that health is more than just the absence of disease. That's why we take a holistic approach to health, addressing both physical and mental well-being.
Our program is for one 60 minute session per week for 8 weeks. Each session consists of a theory aspect to help you understand how to make healthier lifestyle choices and an exercise session to get the body moving.
We're here to show you that you can exercise safely and comfortably anywhere, anytime with minimal equipment to manage your Cardiovascular Disease (CVD).
Each individual will under go an hours one on one session with our experienced exercise physiologists in either our Coolum Beach or Cooroy locations to take baselines measurements and assessments. Our exercise physiologists adjust any exercise programs to your specific needs.
A group class can vary from 2-12 individuals and is a great way to socialise and get to know others that are in the process of also managing their Cardiovascular Disease.
