Brittany truely believes that exercise is medicine and all of her treatments are 100% personalised and will do an initial consultation and assessment with every client to understand your history and goals, to build a plan around you. Brittany is passionate about helping people and sharing her knowledge. Her extremely friendly, motivating and caring personality will ensure you get the best experience possible throughout your journey and will be there every step of the way to check in regularly and update your exercise prescription strategy as you progress.
Lisa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong focus on evidence-based interventions to support optimal patient outcomes. Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, healthy ageing, and the management of metabolic conditions.
Drawing on a previous career as a chef, she brings a practical and solution-focused approach to behaviour change and health management. Lisa is passionate about helping individuals regain and maintain their health, function, and independence through tailored exercise prescription and education.
With an extensive personal background in sport and strength training, including over a decade of competitive Olympic weightlifting, Lisa has a deep understanding of movement and performance. Lisa graduated with a University Commendation for Academic Excellence and remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care for every client.
Madi is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about delivering safe, meaningful, and effective exercise programs that support improvements in both physical and mental wellbeing.
Madi takes a holistic approach to exercise and believes that individualised, evidence-based programs play a key role in helping people improve their health, mobility, and confidence. Known for her empathetic and approachable nature, she understands that every person is unique and requires personalised care.
During her studies, Madi developed a strong professional interest in neurological rehabilitation, falls prevention, healthy ageing, and exercise oncology.
As a Sunshine Coast local, Madi enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors, attending the gym and Pilates classes, relaxing with a good book, and watching sport with her family in her spare time.
